     RESOLVED, That the reporting date for the Criminal Justice Oversight Commission,

codified in Rhode Island General Laws 42-26-13, created by resolution No. 424, and passed by

the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2011, and approved June 30, 2011,

entitled "House Resolution Requesting the Criminal Justice Oversight Commission to Evaluate

the Existing Good Time Credit Policy and Make Recommendations” is hereby authorized to

continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before April 2, 2012;

and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 424 passed by the

1-9

House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2011, and approved June 30, 2011, be and

the same is hereby rescinded.
