A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

     Introduced By: Representative Peter F. Martin

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The

Honorable Margot Botsford, Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, may

join Andrew Musgrave and Emily Kanstroom in marriage within the Town of West Greenwich,

1-4

Rhode Island, on or about September 29, 2012.  The Honorable Margot Botsford is hereby

1-5

authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in

1-6

accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
