RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The

Honorable Peter M. Coyne may join Carla May Baker and John Armitage Studer, Jr., in marriage

within the Town of Little Compton, Rhode Island, on or about August 4, 2012. The Honorable

1-4

Peter M. Coyne is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage

1-5

pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled “Solemnization of

1-6

Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
