A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The

Honorable Gregory J. Schadone may join Lissette Torres and Antoine Borders in marriage within

the City of Providence, Rhode Island, on or about April 7, 2012. The Honorable Gregory J.

1-4

Schadone is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant

1-5

to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled “Solemnization of

1-6

Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
