Licensing Builders and Contractors” and as extended by resolution No. 187 passed by the House |

of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2009, and approved April 22, 2009, entitled |

“House Resolution Extending the Reporting Date of the Special House Commission to Examine |

the Issue of Licensing Builders and Contractors” is hereby reinstated and the same members are |

hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House of |

Representatives on or before March 5, 2013, and said commission shall expire on June 5, 2013; |

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution |
