     RESOLVED, That the special legislative study commission created by resolution No.

441 passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2011, and approved July 13, 2011, entitled

“Special Legislative Commission To Study The Wyatt Detention Facility” is hereby authorized to

continue its study and make a report to the General Assembly on or before April 26, 2012, and

1-5

said commission shall expire on June 30, 2012; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by Resolution No. 411, passed by

1-7

the General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2011, and approved July 13, 2011, be and the

1-8

same is hereby rescinded.

     This resolution would extend the reporting and expiration dates of the Special Legislative

Commission to study the Wyatt Detention Facility from December 1, 2011, to April 26, 2012,

and said commission would expire on June 30, 2012.
