It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
|

SECTION 1. The provisions of section 42-61.2-7 of the general laws, in chapter 42-61.2 |
|

entitled “Video Lottery Terminal” which relate to an increased share of net terminal income for |
|
1-3 |
the town of Lincoln and the city of Newport which are set to expire on June 30, 2010, are hereby |
|
1-4 |
extended until June 30, |
|
1-5 |
SECTION 2. Section 2 of chapter 218 of the public laws of 2009 entitled “An Act |
|
1-6 |
Relating to State Affairs and Government – Video Lottery Terminal” is hereby amended to read |
|
1-7 |
as follows: |
|
1-8 |
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon passage and shall be retroactive to June 30, |
|
1-9 |
2009, and it shall expire on June 30, |
