COMMISSION TO STUDY THE DIVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLES

     RESOLVED, That the special senate commission created by resolution No. 419 passed

by the senate at its January session, A.D. 2011, and approved June 30, 2011, entitled "Senate

Resolution Creating A Special Senate Commission To Study The Division Of Motor Vehicles”

and as extended by resolution No. 11 passed by the senate at its January session, A.D. 2012, is

hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the senate on or before January 31,

2013, and said commission shall expire on February 28, 2013; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 419 passed by the

1-8

senate at its January session, A.D. 2011, and approved June 30, 2011, and as extended by

1-9

resolution No. 11 be and the same is hereby rescinded.

     This resolution would extend the reporting and expiration dates of the special senate

commission to study the division of motor vehicles from January 31, 2012, to January 31, 2013,

and said commission would expire on February 28, 2013.
