RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Evelyn

Clare Minick may join Mackenzie Claire Kielman and Ryan Burns McGuire in marriage within

the Town of Narragansett, Rhode Island, on or about April 28, 2012. Evelyn Clare Minick is

1-4

hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in

1-5

accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
