RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Robert

Joseph Jenkins may join Antonia Wenda Hanson Fraker and Michael Fedick Esposito within the

City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about June 29, 2012. Robert Joseph Jenkins is hereby

authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in

1-5

accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
