A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The

Honorable Peter F. Kilmartin of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, may join Toni Autiello and Bryan

Gravel in marriage within the City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about July 7, 2013. The

Honorable Peter F. Kilmartin is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons

1-5

in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled

1-6

"Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
