RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, James

William Hahn may join Kennon Caldwell Kay and Michael Aaron Jacober within the Town of

Narragansett, Rhode Island, on or about June 8, 2013. James William Hahn is hereby authorized

1-4

and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with

1-5

chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
