A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

     Introduced By: Senators Ottiano, and DiPalma

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The

Honorable Robert J. Cordy may join Amanda Tarzwell and Antonio Trubiano in marriage within

the Town of Portsmouth, Rhode Island, on or about June 14, 2013. The Honorable Robert J.

1-4

Cordy is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to

1-5

and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
