EXPRESSING DEEPEST CONDOLENCES ON THE PASSING OF JEANNETTE M. BARRY | |

     WHEREAS, It is with great sadness that this Senate has learned of the passing of Jeanette |

Barry, beloved wife of Henry Barry, loving mother of Donald Barry, Sheila Loureiro, Raymond |

Barry, and the late Mark D. Barry, and the doting grandmother of Rebecca, Edward, Kimberly, |
1-4 |
Laura, Jason, Melinda, Phillip, Andrew, Isabel, and Melissa, and her great grandchildren, Liam, |
1-5 |
Yana, Owen, Elise, Jackson, Jillian, Franchesca, Tiago, Anthony, Edward, and Adrian; and |
1-6 |
     WHEREAS, Born in Laconia, New Hampshire, Mrs. Barry was one of eight siblings |
1-7 |
born into the large and loving family of Joseph and Rosa Baron. She is survived by two of her |
1-8 |
brothers, Armond Baron and Robert Baron; and |
1-9 |
     WHEREAS, Jeannette Barry’s loving personality created and nurtured a marriage that |
1-10 |
flourished for sixty-seven years, and a home that was warm and welcoming; and |
1-11 |
     WHEREAS, In addition to doting on her family, Mrs. Barry had very much adored |
1-12 |
square-dancing with her husband; and |
1-13 |
     WHEREAS, Jeannette Barry was the heart and soul of her family. Her kindheartedness |
1-14 |
and sincerity will forever be indelibly imprinted on the lives and in the cherished memories of her |
1-15 |
entire family. She enriched the lives of all who had the good fortune to have known her and she |
1-16 |
will be dearly missed; now, therefore be it |
1-17 |
     RESOLVED, That this Senate of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations |
1-18 |
hereby expresses our deepest sympathies on the passing of Jeannette Barry. She will be forever |
1-19 |
remembered as a devoted wife and loving mother; and be it further |
1-20 |
     RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and he hereby is authorized and directed to |
1-21 |
transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to Mr. Henry Barry and Family. |
