RELATING TO LIABILITY -- PAWTUCKET PENSION BOARD | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, any |

person serving as a member of the pension board of the city of Pawtucket shall be immune from |
1-3 |
any civil liability in that capacity so long as that person acts in good faith, without malice, and not |
1-4 |
for improper personal enrichment in the performance of any duty or prerogative in connection |
1-5 |
with the administration of the pension system. |
1-6 |
     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
