RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES - RECREATION VEHICLE PARKS AND

CAMPGROUNDS ACT

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Chapter 32-7 of the General Laws entitled "Recreation Vehicle Parks and

Campgrounds Act" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section:

     32-7-3.1. All-terrain vehicles. – There shall be at least one area of state-owned property

as designated by the department of environmental management for the use and operation of all-

terrain vehicles (ATVs).

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.

BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL

     This act would require the state, through the department of environmental management,
