A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Antone

Gerhardt Singsen, III, of Watertown, Massachusetts, may join Margaret Dana Singsen and Joseph

Julian Kelly in marriage within the Town of Bristol, Rhode Island, on or about June 15, 2013.

1-4

Antone Gerhardt Singsen, III, is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons

1-5

in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled

1-6

"Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
