EXPRESSING SINCERE CONDOLENCES ON THE PASSING OF VINCENT J. POLICELLI | |

WHEREAS, It is with great sadness that this Senate has learned of the passing of Vincent |
|

J. Policelli, a man who was deeply devoted to his family. Born seventy-four years ago in |
|

Providence to Joseph and Mary (Rossi) Policelli, Vincent was the friend and former husband of |
|
1-4 |
Cynthia Policelli; and |
|
1-5 |
WHEREAS, Our thoughts and hearts hold great empathy and sorrow for his loved ones. |
|
1-6 |
We grieve with his daughters, Talia Policelli and Simone Policelli Ventura and her husband, |
|
1-7 |
Greg, his sister Ann Marie Spardello, and an extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins, and |
|
1-8 |
friends; and |
|
1-9 |
WHEREAS, Vincent will always be remembered to those closest to him as a man who |
|
1-10 |
loved nothing more than the simple pleasures associated with spending time with his family and |
|
1-11 |
friends, listening to music, staying fit, and enjoying the warm weather. Vincent was a lover of life |
|
1-12 |
and full of vitality; and |
|
1-13 |
WHEREAS, Even though we are diminished by this loss and mourn the passing of |
|
1-14 |
Vincent, so must we celebrate the spirit, generosity, and courage with which he lived every day of |
|
1-15 |
his life; now, therefore be it |
|
1-16 |
RESOLVED, That this Senate of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations |
|
1-17 |
hereby expresses our deepest sympathy to the family and many friends of Vincent J. Policelli. He |
|
1-18 |
will be truly missed; and be it further |
|

RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and hereby is authorized and directed to |
|
2-20 |
transmit duly certified copies of this resolution to the family of Vincent J. Policelli. |
