	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Arthur
2	Thomas DeFelice may join Amanda Lynn Walsh and Reinaldo Enrique Leon in marriage within
3	the Town of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, on or about August 3, 2014. Arthur Thomas
4	DeFelice is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant
5	to and in accordance with Chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of
6	Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
