	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Michael
2	Nosek may join Thomas Nosek and Teodora Silva in marriage within the Town of Tiverton,
3	Rhode Island, on or about June 21, 2014. Michael Nosek is hereby authorized and empowered to
4	join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 15-3 of the
5	general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
