It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The |
2 | Honorable Robert E. Young may join Eileen Kraeger and Norman Birk in marriage within the |
3 | Town of New Shoreham, Rhode Island on or about July 4, 2014. The Honorable Robert E. Young |
4 | is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
5 | accordance with Chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
