	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Dr. Cyd
2	Cipolla may join Kristen E. Thompson and Brian H. Kim in marriage within the City of Newport,
3	Rhode Island, on or about April 12, 2014. Dr. Cyd Cipolla is hereby authorized and empowered
4	to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the
5	general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
