H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

CONGRATULATING THE HONORABLE MARIA CIMINI AND MR. JAY WEBER ON THE

UPCOMING BIRTH OF THEIR FIRST CHILD

     WHEREAS, It is with utmost joy that this House congratulates our friend and colleague,

The Honorable Maria Cimini and her husband, Jay Weber, on the impending birth of their first

child, due in early February of 2014; and

     WHEREAS, We are certain that Maria and Jay are already happily anticipating

pampering and creating wonderful memories as a family, and perhaps also a tad nervous on just

how they will endure the endless diapers, feedings, and little to no sleep; and

     WHEREAS, Whether "sugar and spice and everything nice," or "slugs and snails and

puppy-dogs' tails," every child should be as wanted, welcomed, loved, and valued; and

     WHEREAS, All who know Maria are sure she will be the kind of mother every child

needs and deserves. This already beloved child does not yet realize how truly fortunate he or she

is to have been born into such a close and loving family who will surely guide, nurture, and adore

them; now, therefore be it

     RESOLVED, That this House of Representatives hereby offers our warmest

congratulations and best wishes to Maria and Jay on the momentous occasion of the upcoming

birth of their beautiful baby. May all their days be filled with love, happiness, and good health;

and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and hereby is authorized and directed to

transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to The Honorable Maria Cimini and Mr. Jay

Weber.
