1 | RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not |
2 | otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015, the sum of two million dollars ($2,000,000) |
3 | for local mental health centers for outreach programs; and the state controller is hereby authorized |
4 | and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sum, or |
5 | so much thereof as may be from time to time required, upon receipt by him or her of properly |
6 | authenticated vouchers. |
