1	RESOLVED, That the joint legislative commission created by resolution 403, and passed
2	by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2013, and approved July 11, 2013,
3	entitled "Joint Resolution Relating to Taxation – Sales Tax Repeal Act of 2013” is hereby
4	authorized to continue its study and make a report to the General Assembly on or before March
5	27, 2014; and be it further
6	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 403 passed by the
7	House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2013, and approved July 11, 2013, be and
8	the same is hereby rescinded.

	LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION RELATING TO TAXATION – SALES TAX REPEAL ACT

1	This resolution would extend the reporting date for the Joint Legislative Commission
2	relating to taxation – Sales Tax Repeal Act of 2013 to current system pertaining to sales tax and
3	make recommendations from February 6, 2014, to March 27, 2014, and said commission shall
4	expire on April 25, 2014.
