	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Marianne
2	Forrest may join Shelby Marisa Whittet and Arnold James Wood in marriage within the Town of
3	West Greenwich, Rhode Island, on or about March 1, 2014. Marianne Forrest is hereby
4	authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in
5	accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
