RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The |
2 | Honorable Walter S. Felag, Jr., may join Lucien Oliver Chauvin and Luis Enrique Bossio |
3 | Montellanos in marriage within the Town of Barrington, Rhode Island, on or about May 2, |
4 | 2014. The Honorable Walter S. Felag, Jr., is hereby authorized and empowered to join the |
5 | foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general |
6 | laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
