	RELATING TO PUBLIC UTILITIES AND CARRIERS - REGULATION OF
	OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Chapter 39-3 of the General Laws entitled "Regulatory Powers of
2	Administration" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section:
3	39-3-45. Regulation of objectionable content. -- The commission may promulgate
4	reasonable regulations concerning the display of objectionable content. The regulations may
5	include adequate warning for material deemed not suitable for viewing by children as well as
6	restrictions on material deemed by the commission to be indecent.
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
