It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 27-20.1 of the General Laws entitled "Nonprofit Dental Service |
2 | Corporations" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: |
3 | 27-20.1-23. Coverage of dental implants. – Every nonprofit dental service corporation |
4 | which provides coverage for dental bridges and necessary preparation work shall also provide |
5 | coverage for dental implants, and necessary preparation work. |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
