It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, William |
2 | Dapkus may join Jeremy Cox and Gillian Levy in marriage within the City of Providence, Rhode |
3 | Island, on or about August 30, 2014. William Dapkus is hereby authorized and empowered to join |
4 | the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general |
5 | laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
