RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, James |
2 | Clement O’Brien may join Alita Ann Mitchell and William Thomas Hill in marriage within the |
3 | Town of Narragansett, Rhode Island, on or about October 25, 2014. James Clement O’Brien is |
4 | hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and |
5 | accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
