	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Deacon
2	Napoleon Silva may join Laura Martins and Brian DeCesare in marriage within the Town of
3	North Kingstown, Rhode Island, on or about September 21, 2014. Deacon Napoleon Silva is
4	hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in
5	accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
