RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The |
2 | Honorable John Cena, Sr., Justice of the Peace for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, may |
3 | join Christopher DePetrillo and Melissa Skaling in marriage within the Town of West Warwick, |
4 | Rhode Island, on or about September 12, 2014. The Honorable John Cena, Sr., is hereby |
5 | authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
6 | accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
