TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING QUESTION TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE

STATE AT THE NEXT GENERAL ELECTION IN 2014: "SHALL THERE BE A

CONVENTION TO AMEND OR REVISE THE CONSTITUTION?"

     RESOLVED, That pursuant to the terms of Section 2 of Article XIV of the Rhode Island

Constitution, the following question shall be submitted to the qualified electors of the state at the
