RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The |
2 | Honorable Ann E. O'Shea, Judge for the Kings County Family Court in New York, may join |
3 | Megan M. Wyatt and Joshua Olean in marriage within the Town of Jamestown, Rhode Island, on |
4 | or about June 14, 2014. The Honorable Ann E. O'Shea is hereby authorized and empowered to |
5 | join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the |
6 | general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
