H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXPRESSING PROFOUND SYMPATHY ON THE PASSING OF CAROLIN E. MALONE

     WHEREAS, It is with great sadness that this House has learned of the passing of Carolin

E. Malone, beloved wife of John F. Malone, Sr., JFD, retired, and the loving mother of John

Malone, Jr., and his wife, Christine Whitney, Patrick Malone, and his wife, Kim, and Colleen E.

M. Riccitelli, and her husband, Randy Ball. She was also the very proud and loving grandmother

of Sarah, Christin and John; and

     WHEREAS, A lifelong resident of the Town of Johnston, Mrs. Malone was the daughter

of the late Joseph and Philomena Carnevale. She was the sister of the late Peter, Benedetto,

Joseph, and Paul Carnevale; and

     WHEREAS, In addition to making a loving home for her family, Mrs. Malone had been

employed as a bookkeeper for the former Industrial National Bank for a number of years, and had

been a co-owner of Malone's Green Acres in Johnston; and

     WHEREAS, Carolin Malone was the heart and soul of her family. Her spirit and heart

will forever be indelibly imprinted on the lives and in the cherished memories of her entire

family. She enriched the lives of all who had the good fortune to have known her and she will be

dearly missed; now, therefore be it

     RESOLVED, That this House of Representatives of the State of Rhode Island and

Providence Plantations hereby expresses our deepest sympathies on the passing of Carolin E.

Malone; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and hereby is authorized and directed to

transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to Mr. John F. Malone, Sr., and Family.
