	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the
2	Honorable Scott J. Guthrie may join Marissa Emily Picard and Craig Joseph Anderson in
3	marriage within the Town of Coventry, Rhode Island, on or about June 23, 2014. The Honorable
4	Scott J. Guthrie is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage
5	pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of
6	Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
