RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Barbara B. Jongbloed, Superior Court Judge for the State of Connecticut, may join |
3 | Emily Goodman and Chris Vendrick in marriage within the Town of New Shoreham, Rhode |
4 | Island, on or about August 16, 2014. The Honorable Barbara B. Jongbloed is hereby authorized |
5 | and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with |
6 | chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
