	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the
2	Honorable J. Clement Cicilline may join Rebecca Lee White and James Christopher King in
3	marriage within the City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about August 15, 2014. The Honorable
4	J. Clement Cicilline is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in
5	marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled
6	"Solemnization of Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
