	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, George J.
2	Lough, III, may join Colleen Marie Driscoll and Bryan James Loughlin in marriage within the
3	Town of Narragansett, Rhode Island, on or about July 8, 2014. George J. Lough, III, is hereby
4	authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in
5	accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
