RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Marvin L. Abney may join Gage A. Cavallari and Stephanie K. Davis in marriage |
3 | within the City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about June 8, 2014. The Honorable Marvin |
4 | Abney is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to |
5 | and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
