It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Dr. Jean |
2 | Darling, M.D., may join Douglas Robert Werner Cook and Jeanine Alanna Moore in marriage |
3 | within the Town of Portsmouth, Rhode Island, on or about July 26, 2014. Dr. Jean Darling, M.D., |
4 | is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
5 | accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
