RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Robert E. P. Elmer, III, Justice of the Peace in the State of Connecticut, may join |
3 | Deborah Boyhen and Frank DeFrancesco in marriage within the Town of Westerly, Rhode Island, |
4 | on or about July 16, 2014. The Honorable Robert E. P. Elmer, III, is hereby authorized and |
5 | empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter |
6 | 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
