2	otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2014-2015 the sums stipulated to pay the claims of the

5	The sum of $276.97 to pay the claim of Matthew H. White of 10 Weetamoe Farm Drive,
6	Bristol, Rhode Island, 02809, for damages to his vehicle due to inappropriately installed curbing
7	by contractors completing work for the Rhode Island Department of Transportation at or near
8	Route 114 in the area of State Street on or about July 15, 2013;

10	The sum of $275.00 to pay the claim of Thomas P. Morgan of 9 Century Lane, Cranston,
