It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Wendolyn |
2 | Squires may join Heidi-Carolyn Juliette Bedard and Fabio Minari in marriage within the City of |
3 | Newport, Rhode Island, on or about August 7, 2014. Wendolyn Squires is hereby authorized and |
4 | empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter |
5 | 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
