	RELATING TO MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE STATE FOR
	THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2015

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of 2014 - H 7133 Substitute A, as amended,
2	in Article 16, as amended, entitled "Relating to Health Care," page 7, line 6 is hereby amended by
3	deleting the language "subject to the provisions of § 23-17-38.1 of the Rhode Island General
4	Laws" and inserting in place thereof the following language:
5	"that controls or operates hospitals licensed under chapter 23-17 of the Rhode Island
6	general laws or a not-for-profit healthcare corporation that controls or operates hospitals licensed
7	under chapter 23-17 of the Rhode Island general laws, and facilities and programs providing
8	rehabilitation, psychological support, and social guidance to individuals who are alcoholic, drug
9	abusers, mentally ill or who are persons with developmental disabilities or cognitive disabilities
10	such as brain injury, licensed under chapter 40.1-24 of the Rhode Island general laws".
11	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.

	THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2015

1	This act would amend Article 16, as amended, of 2014 H 7133 Substitute A, as amended,
2	by amending who would be treated as a "contribution enrollee" for purposes of the Healthcare
3	Services Funding Plan Act.
4	This act would take effect upon passage.
