RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Heather |
2 | Butler may join Alice Mullen and Corey Rusin in marriage within the Town of Narragansett, |
3 | Rhode Island on or about May 31, 2014. Heather Butler is hereby authorized and empowered to |
4 | join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 15-3 of the |
5 | General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
