	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Joseph
2	Kelley may join Christopher Ackley and Kathleen Kelley in marriage within the City of
3	Providence, Rhode Island, on or about August 16, 2014. Joseph Kelley is hereby authorized and
4	empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the
5	general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
