RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The |
2 | Honorable Jacalyn A. Colburn may join Erin Goebel and Jerome Cahill in marriage within the |
3 | City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about June 21, 2014. The Honorable Jacalyn A. Colburn is |
4 | hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
5 | accordance with Chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.” |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
