It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Section 23-27.3-119 of the General Laws in Chapter 23-27.3 entitled "State |
2 | Building Code" is hereby amended to read as follows: |
3 | 23-27.3-119.0. Fee computation. -- The permit fees shall be computed according to the |
4 | fee schedule and procedures adopted in each municipality. No fee shall be assessed for the first |
5 | reinspection of work that has failed the initial inspection; provided, a fee shall be allowed for all |
6 | necessary subsequent reinspections of the same work. |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
